The Knowde Marketing Platform
The Marketing Platform is a suite of tools that makes it simple to quickly and easily cultivate leads into sales and new revenue by helping track all lead touchpoints, which can be created with targeted communications.
With Knowde, the days of using spreadsheets, sending ad-hoc emails, and making cold calls (which may or may not yield results) are over. The Marketing Platform will not only increase the efficiency of sales efforts, but also significantly expand reach, while providing tools to track every communication. It also offers a new, digital way to engage with existing customers and streamline processes. It’s then possible to sort and organize contacts into separate lists, add notes about each contact, create reminders and more.

Want to avoid the expense of an outside agency? Knowde’s Marketing Platform offers personalized, professional email templates that include your company’s logo and brand colors. Simply a template, populate content following the text guide, and send to your designated list(s). As you can see in this example, there’s plenty of room for customization:
3. Email Campaigns
By defining a specific contact list, you can create and send targeted email campaigns to engage with prospective customers (or even to just a single contact – flexibility is yours). You have full control over who and how many to communicate with; the reach is unlimited. You can even customize further, sending dynamic content to different contacts with the condition builder (see image below).
4. Email Automation
You can set up automated responses to storefront visitors based on predefined contact attributes and behavior. For example, if a contact previews a document on your storefront, an automated message can be triggered. In the example below, visitors would receive an email reminder regarding the product. Automation allows you to engage with contacts who express interest in products and encourage them to take the next steps through the sales process.

Advanced audience segmentation
While contacts can be manually segmented into targeted lists, Knowde is planning on enabling advanced segmentation using additional contact and user behavior variables. For example, if a customer previews five products with defoamer functionality, they could be automatically placed into an email automation that delivers targeted defoamer content.
