Within the chemical industry, sales and marketing is a traditionally manual process. Knowde has taken huge strides to automate and streamline this process, and giving our users the ability to create user groups is another step in the right direction.

On Knowde, chemical suppliers can use our Automated Lead & Request Routing feature to create rules that send specific leads or requests to specific people. Now, those rules can assign leads and requests to custom groups of people.

We’re helping suppliers save even more time by eliminating the need to constantly select the same few sales representatives. Instead, suppliers can create groups once and reuse them to assign incoming leads and requests.

At Knowde, we’re highly aware of the complexity of chemical sales organizations that we need to support. Group management gives suppliers the capability to replicate that complex structure on our platform. We notify all group members when a request comes in for them and allow them to filter through all leads and requests to find only those assigned to their group.

One of our main goals with introducing Groups is to reduce the manual labor required to individually assign sample requests, document requests, and leads. Automating this process gives our users more time to focus on building connections and relationships with their customers.

Because Knowde does all the routing for suppliers, they no longer have to keep track of complex assignments and memorize which salesperson responds to which type of request.
