Introducing My Dashboard –– the new home base for suppliers on Knowde. This new information center provides suppliers access to a high level view of all the activity within their storefront.
On Knowde, suppliers are provided with such a plethora of information that it could be hard to understand which items demand immediate attention. My Dashboard solves this issue by making the most important information easily digestible and providing suppliers ways to quickly take action on new requests, messages, or leads.
Focus on what’s most important
One of the objectives Knowde is charged with is optimizing the chemical sales process by employing modern technology to simplify these complex issues.
My Dashboard aims to address the large amount of information flowing in to a supplier’s storefront by making that information actionable. At Knowde, we provide suppliers with lots of information that they don’t always have the time to sift through––now, My Dashboard does this filtering for suppliers.
This new feature allows suppliers to escape the noise of dozens of requests and focus on which items require action. These items are displayed at the top of My Dashboard, allowing quick completion so that suppliers can move on to other tasks.
Our design surfaces the most important information at the top of a user’s screen to facilitate quick and immediate action.

While My Dashboard expedites answering requests and messages, it also provides an opportunity for suppliers to improve their storefront in the longterm.
By displaying competitor analytics and information about what key terms are trending, My Dashboard gives suppliers the tools to drive lead generation and respond to market trends.
My Dashboard serves to present urgent information, but it also functions as a reflection of a current storefront’s performance and options for enhancements.
Suppliers can easily view which of their products are performing the best and why, allowing for longterm storefront improvement.
