How It Works: The Integration Process
The integration process starts when a new product is added into SAP S/4HANA MDG. From there, with the help of our certified connector, approved Change Requests are automatically replicated from SAP MDG into the Knowde MDM platform, where product enrichment occurs. Post-enrichment updates are triggered from Knowde to SAP, creating MDG Change Requests (CR), all using SAP-recommended standard interfaces. Once the CR is approved in SAP, a confirmation message is sent back to Knowde.
This seamless back-and-forth ensures that product data remains up-to-date and consistent across both platforms, eliminating manual processes and reducing the risk of errors.
